Pints of Blood Orange Hefeweizen and Old Rasputin (clone)

So there they are in all of their glory. Both are on tap so if you are local please don't be a stranger. I do have to say that I prefer the stout out of the two but the hefe really is a wonderful spring brew. The stout is freaking great, period. Both of the recipes are available in the previous posts. Up next - Fenel cured salmon.
Thanks for paying attention and cheers!

  2. It's not whack you over the head pronounced but you can totally taste it. The yeast used in this Hefe gives off a lot of clove/bananna flavors. You taste those up front and then the orange comes through in the finish as a nice citrus hint. It really is my current favorite session beer due to the fact that it is full of flavor but it only is 4.9% abv.
